On Wednesday, June 2nd, I’m teaching my first education course for RAGBOS, the Realtor® Association of Grey-Bruce Owen Sound. I’ll be in Owen Sound in the morning and Hanover in the afternoon.

Things are not looking up in the US real estate market yet. That rabbit keeps going deeper into the hole and it’s not turning around for quite some time. Consider how these homeowners who CAN afford their mortgages are walking away from them, plus the growing Canadian dollar. My money is much safer here in the Great White North, eh!

Drawing Rome from memory

Stephen Wiltshire got one helicopter ride over Rome and was able to draw it in extreme detail from memory. Stephen is an autistic savant and his abilities remind us what our minds are capable of doing when they are unleased. He is called “The Living Camera.”
