As an investor I am always looking for properties online and I am often out viewing properties. I get to see a LOT.
Recently I was in a home and the homeowners didn’t bother to a thing before we arrived. The listing claimed to have an in-law suite (a term we use in the east for an extra living space), but it was more like Mrs. Bates bedroom in Psycho. The mother-in-law had left her bathrobe on the bed, open, with a brown spot on the inside. AHHHHHH!
That place and the following pics – sent to me by some great Realtor friends – make me think of Monty Python…
“Run away! Run away!”
Is it just me?? These are obviously ridiculous. These were posted by PROFESSIONALS. Buyers and sellers expect better. Don’t you think?

Wow! That’s startling, and a powerful message – the pictures you post in listings can make or break the listing, and this is a great cautionary message (not to mention a bit funny!)
